Backend Engineer (Python) | 48 Years

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend services and cloud platforms. The role involves owning backend logic, performance, and architecture while contributing to system design and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and complex queries
• Improve existing systems through performance tuning and feature enhancements
• Contribute to backend architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Implement CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure
• Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills

• 48 years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms

Good to Have

• Redis, serverless architectures, AI/ML integration
• Experience in high-scale domains (SaaS, fintech, BFS, e-commerce)
