Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer (AI/ML) to design and build intelligent, scalable systems using modern Python-based AI technologies. This role requires strong system thinking, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to translate real-world problems into reliable AI-driven solutions.

You will work on data-intensive pipelines, AI/ML integrations, and backend systems where correctness, performance, and scalability are critical. The role is hands-on and expects ownership from design to production.

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Mode: Office only Monday to Friday

Experience: 610 years

• Design and develop Python-based AI/ML systems
• Build and optimize data pipelines, model workflows, and inference services
• Integrate AI models into production backend systems
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, logs, documents, events)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert requirements into solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability in production
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical reviews

• 6+ years of strong experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience building production-grade backend services in Python
• Comfortable working with APIs, async processing, and databases
• Ability to take ownership and mentor junior engineers

• Experience working with:
• Machine Learning or Deep Learning models
• Model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Understanding of real-world AI challenges:
• Data quality
• Model drift
• Performance vs accuracy trade-offs

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with cloud platforms or containerized environments
• Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, or data pipelines
