About the Role

You will architect, design, and build robust backend systems using Python and modern frameworks for cloud-native, microservices-based products. Youll collaborate closely on API strategy, cloud adoption, and backend innovation. Strong cloud experience on AWS/Azure and leadership/mentoring skills are essential. AI/ML exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Optimize system reliability, scalability, and security
• Drive CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud automation
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold coding standards
• Shape database and API design (SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL)
• Integrate with AI/ML pipelines when required

Requirements

• Graduation in Computer Science/IT or related field
• 710 years experience with Python and modern backend frameworks
• Deep expertise in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and system design
• Hands-on DevOps, CI/CD, and container ecosystem exposure
• Strong experience tuning databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Excellent communication and leadership/mentoring skills

• AI/ML exposure
• Experience with distributed messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS)
• Cloud cost optimization, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
