Main purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in AI and Machine Learning to design, build, and scale intelligent data-driven systems. This role goes beyond training modelsyou will work across data pipelines, ML services, APIs, and production deployments to ensure models deliver business value.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, architects, and product teams to turn algorithms into reliable, secure, and scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications and services.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and inference.
• Deploy ML models into production using REST/gRPC APIs
• Implement and manage LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, model orchestration)
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost in production environments
• Integrate ML solutions with databases, data warehouses, and message queues
• Ensure model monitoring, logging, drift detection, and retraining strategies
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented Python code
• Collaborate on architecture decisions, security, and scalability best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (4+ years)
• Experience building and consuming APIs using FastAPI / Flask
• Strong SQL skills; experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks:

• TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn

Solid understanding of:

• Supervised & unsupervised learning
• Model evaluation and tuning
• Feature engineering

Academic Background

• Bachelors degree / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

AI / Advanced Capabilities:

• Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.)

Experience with:

• Embeddings & vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Understanding of model lifecycle management and MLOps concepts

DevOps & Cloud

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability for ML systems

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and data processing (Spark, Kafka)
• Exposure to security, compliance, and data governance in AI systems
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or SaaS platforms
• Contributions to open-source ML or AI projects
