Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Purchase Manager to join its Purchase Team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for real estate and project-driven requirements, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, timely availability of materials , and adherence to defined procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and services required for real estate and construction projects, with a strong focus on quality standards, cost competitiveness, and delivery timelines .

Source and procure materials related to civil works, MEP services, finishes, interiors, and project-related supplies .

Ensure timely preparation and release of purchase requisitions, RFQs, comparative statements, and purchase orders .

Vendor Management & Negotiation

Identify, evaluate, empanel, and manage vendors and contractors in line with Auramah Valleys procurement policies.

Conduct commercial negotiations , finalize pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and service levels.

Maintain long-term vendor relationships while ensuring competitive pricing and performance benchmarking.

Periodically review vendor performance on quality, delivery, compliance, and responsiveness .

Inventory & Planning

Ensure optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted project execution while avoiding excess or obsolete stock.

Coordinate with site teams and stores to monitor material consumption, lead times, and reorder levels .

Support inventory audits and reconciliation as required.

Project Coordination

Work closely with project, engineering, planning, and finance teams to align procurement activities with approved budgets, project schedules, and cash-flow plans .

Support value engineering initiatives by evaluating alternative vendors, materials, and specifications where feasible.

Provide regular updates on procurement status, risks, and mitigation plans.

ERP, Documentation & Compliance

Execute procurement transactions through ERP systems , ensuring accuracy in vendor master data, POs, GRNs, and invoices.

Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation for audits, internal reviews, and statutory compliance.

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies , approval matrices, and ethical sourcing standards.

Generate periodic MIS and procurement reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, negotiation, and inventory control .

Proven exposure to real estate or construction procurement processes and materials.

Working knowledge of ERP-based procurement systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Odoo or similar).

Good commercial acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work under project timelines.

Effective communication and coordination skills to work across multiple stakeholders.

Experience Required

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a reputed real estate developer .

Experience working with any of Indias Top 20 real estate developers will be an added advantage .

• Prior exposure to multi-project or fast-track developments is preferred.
