Execute day-to-day procurement operations

Key Responsibilities

• Will manage execution of approximately 3540% of company's total expenditure
• Focus on day-to-day purchase operations and vendor relationship management
• Implement and operate SCM procurement systems

Educational Background

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

812 years (not exceeding 15 years)

Vendor Network: Strong connections with Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers

Technical Expertise: Structural steel, PUF panels, prefab panels, cement boards, MEP etc.

Industry Exposure: Construction industry experience Must. Like EPC (L&T, Tata Projects) and

startups (Infra.Market, Zetwerk)

Key Focus Areas: Operational procurement, delivery tracking

Tools / Systems: ERP operation, purchase order systems

Budget Managed: 3540% of company spend

Success Metrics: On-time delivery %, Price variance %

Site Visits Required: 1020% (operational issues)

Key Deliverables: Purchase orders, Delivery schedules

Daily Activities: PO processing, Vendor coordination

Compliance Focus: PO compliance, Delivery compliance
