The Adult Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and intervention to adult clients. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and therapeutic skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to therapy and be proficient in delivering client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Assessment:
• Facilitate first consultations, conduct thorough assessments of client needs, and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Therapy Plan Development:
• Design and implement tailored therapy plans for clients, addressing their psychological needs and goals.
• Documentation and Record Maintenance:
• Update and maintain accurate session records, case histories, and therapy plans.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work with parents, teachers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Psychoeducation:
• Provide education on mental health concerns and psychological interventions to clients and their families.
• Feedback and Adaptation:
• Be open to feedback from senior therapists and other professionals and adapt therapy plans accordingly.
• Team Participation:
• Attend case discussions, brainstorming sessions, and maintain coordination with the Therapy Wing Manager and HR.
• Communication:
• Resolve client queries and communicate session progress effectively to all stakeholders involved.

• Educational Qualification:
• Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in working with adult clients. Specialization in dealing with emotional, psychological, or behavioral disorders is preferred.
• Core Skills:
• Strong clinical understanding
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and clinical diagnosis
• Experience in mindfulness techniques
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Technological Familiarity:
• Experience with digital tools such as video therapy, cloud-based applications (e.g., Google Drive), and mobile apps for therapy.
• Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing, SMART goal setting, and assessing client readiness for change.

• Client-Centric Approach:
• You will be expected to maintain a client-first approach, ensuring their psychological needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.
• Adaptability and Proactivity:
• Stay updated with the latest therapy techniques and industry practices and be proactive in implementing improvements.
