Senior Proposal Writer-Healthcare Domain

We are looking to hire a Senior Proposal Writer with hands-on experience in the Healthcare Domain.

Location : Pune/Chennai

Experience : 4-9 years

Role Summary

The Proposal Writer will support Healthcare solution pursuits by developing clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content for RFPs, RFIs, and capability documents. The role involves collaborating with Solution Leads, Sales, and FP&A teams to ensure that every submission reflects Exelas domain expertise, service capabilities, and value differentiation within the healthcare space.

Core Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting documents for payer, provider, and RCM opportunities.
• Ensure responses are compliant with RFP requirements and align with Exelas approved messaging, tone, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Solutioning, Pricing, and Delivery teams to gather accurate technical and operational inputs.
• Maintain a content repository of reusable healthcare narratives, case studies, and standardized responses.
• Support quality checks before submission ensuring consistency, grammar, compliance, and completeness.
• Coordinate with the PMO for BEATS updates, document version control, and timely submission.

Key Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or business communication within the healthcare outsourcing, BPM, or technology domain .
• Excellent writing, editing, and document structuring skills.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes, proposal frameworks, and healthcare industry terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and BEATS (or equivalent bid management tools).
