Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT / Solutions Proposal Writer to support our North American (USA & Canada) business. This role will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proactive bids across IT services, digital transformation, staffing, and managed services engagements.

The selected candidate will work from Hyderabad while closely collaborating with U.S. sales, delivery, and leadership teams during EST hours (flexible structure).

This role requires strong proposal strategy, structured writing ability, and advanced visual presentation skills to create compelling, executive-level client-facing documents.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Bid Management

• Lead end-to-end response development for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
• Analyze solicitation documents and extract win themes
• Develop compliant, persuasive, and structured proposal responses
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Manage proposal timelines and submission schedules
• Maintain proposal content repository and reusable assets

Content Development

• Write technical solution narratives (Cloud, Data, AI, ERP, Staffing, Managed Services)
• Develop executive summaries tailored to C-suite audience
• Draft capability decks and case studies
• Create differentiators and win strategies
• Ensure alignment with North American market expectations

Visual & Presentation Development

• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations
• Develop visually compelling solution diagrams, infographics, and workflows
• Convert technical inputs into client-friendly visuals
• Maintain consistent branding and professional formatting standards
• Support sales pitches and executive presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT services proposal writing
• Strong exposure to U.S./Canada RFP environments
• Experience in staffing, digital engineering, cloud, data, or enterprise IT services
• Excellent written English (North America business tone)
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise (visual storytelling, clean layouts, diagrams)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, SharePoint preferred)
• Ability to work in EST time zone with flexibility

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting mid-to-large IT services firms
• Familiarity with MSA/SOW frameworks
• Understanding of U.S. compliance and procurement standards
• Exposure to federal/state/local RFP processes (nice to have)
• Knowledge of AI, cloud, digital transformation offerings
