Role Overview

We are looking for a highly technical Senior Prompt Engineer with strong Python backend expertise to build and optimize production-grade LLM systems. This is not a content-writing role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience designing scalable AI systems, implementing structured outputs, building evaluation pipelines, and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize advanced, multi-step system prompts with structured JSON outputs
• Build scalable AI microservices using FastAPI/Flask (async & streaming support)
• Implement guardrails, validation layers, and hallucination mitigation strategies
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks (accuracy, latency, cost, relevance)
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock)
• Write clean, modular, production-ready Python code

Required Skills

• Expert-level Python (OOP, async, error handling)
• Strong experience with LLM integrations & prompt optimization
• JSON schema enforcement & structured output design
• REST APIs, Git, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) exposure
• Proven experience building LLM systems in production
