Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex projects of varying sizes for new and existing customers. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the Project Management team to deliver projects across capital market (Calypso) and regulatory (AxiomSL) solutions.
The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of project management including effective communication with customer and internal stake holders, managing project budget, risk, leading steerco, project governance, resources and ensuring timely delivery of project.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project manager you will be responsible for managing, planing, monitoring and coordinating a large project independently to ensure client/internal customer happiness.
We ensure risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are well detailed and supervised.
An equal opportunity to use and lead resources and coordinate optimally with customers and colleagues.
We ensure the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, timeframes, etc. and is delivered as per agreed contract within budget and schedule.
Ensure relevant and appropriate management information and reporting are shared to relevant customers on a regular basis.
Apply the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are established.
Chairing appropriate governance meetings and ensuring outputs and artifacts are produced and distributed.
The project to close according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviews.
We deliver and complete simultaneous projects of varying complexity according to standards, meeting or going above and beyond!
Leads projects for multi-faceted delivery.
We expect you to have
At least 10 years of solid experience as Project Manager.
Proficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies: CSM and PMP are required.
Experience in working with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence preferred.
Experience in developing, analyzing, and supervising financial business cases.
Experience in effectively presenting with and positively influencing project stakeholders. and team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands.
Fair understanding about capital market and financial technology
Willingness and ability to travel as the need arises.
Education Required: Bachelor degree or Masters’ qualified or related discipline, or relevant and proven project delivery success
