Senior Project Manager – Web & Mobile Development

Location: India (Remote)

Reporting To: Director / Delivery Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of website development, web application development, and mobile application development projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal technical teams.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, structured project governance, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Dubai-based clients and internal development teams.
• Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and scope finalization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical briefs.
• Conduct regular client meetings (status updates, sprint demos, milestone reviews).
• Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests effectively.

2. Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, sprint roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Monitor project KPIs including velocity, burn-down, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

3. Technical Coordination

• Work closely with:
• UI/UX Designers
• Frontend & Backend Developers
• Mobile App Developers (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native)
• QA Teams
• DevOps Teams
• Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.
• Oversee QA cycles, UAT, and production releases.

4. Process & Quality Management

• Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
• Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards.

5. Commercial & Operational Oversight

• Support pre-sales during estimation and proposal stage.
• Manage scope creep and change control processes.
• Track billing milestones and payment schedules.
• Ensure project profitability and margin control.

Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing digital development projects.
• Proven experience handling:
• Website development projects
• Web application development
• Mobile app development (iOS/Android/Cross-platform)
• Experience working with international clients (preferably Middle East / Dubai clients).

Technical Understanding

• Some understanding of:
• Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, .NET, Python, etc.)
• Mobile technologies (Flutter, React Native, Native iOS/Android)
• APIs, databases, cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment pipelines.

Tools & Methodologies

• Agile / Scrum certified (preferred).
• Experience with tools such as:
• Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Monday.com
• Confluence / Notion
• Git-based workflows
• Slack / Teams

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in UAE time zone overlap.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade or high-budget digital transformation projects.
• Experience in contract-based or agency environments.
