Project Head Real Estate

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Head for residential construction projects with 1825 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RCC, finishing works, AutoCAD, costing, budgeting, quality control, and project planning.

This role involves overseeing multiple project sites, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and delivering projects through to successful client possession. Knowledge of structural fabrication and faade work will be an added advantage.

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities across project sites
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and HO team
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Review drawings, approvals, and project documentation
• Conduct site meetings and track progress through MIS reports
• Certify contractor bills and ensure timely project completion
• Resolve site issues and manage risks effectively

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil (M.Tech preferred)
• 1825 years of residential construction experience
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction planning
