Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Think Design is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of world-class Brand and Content projects . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing brand, design, and content-driven initiatives end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning through execution and delivery.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients across geographies, and flexibility to work across time zones based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define, plan, track, and manage mid-sized to large-scale Brand & Content projects for domestic and international clients
• Own complete project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Work closely with Sales, Brand, Business, Design, Content, and Development teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Assist the Sales team in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and financial estimates, ensuring feasibility
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular status updates
• Conduct weekly project updates and leadership reviews

Design & Content Collaboration

• Engage with internal design and content leaders to translate requirements into design, content, and development tasks
• Ensure alignment between brand strategy, creative output, and business goals
• Manage dependencies across design, content production, and frontend development

Governance, Risk & Reporting

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, owning mitigation strategies
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, reports, and post-project reviews
• Be accountable for BU / company-level project outcomes involving multi-functional teams

Required Experience

• 8+ years of core project management experience
• 5+ years of experience working Brand or Content environments
• Experience leading customer-facing projects
• Experience working with domestic and globally distributed teams
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies (Agile experience is a plus)
• PMP / Certified Project Manager certification is a plus

• Strong understanding of brand, design, and content workflows
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in remote people and team management
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly adapt, learn new domains, and operate in a consultative role
