Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Project Manager (C&I).

The role involves end-to-end management of Corporate Fitout interior projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget control.

Oversee project timelines, manage logistics, conduct regular on-site inspections, and ensure that quality standards are upheld while maintaining alignment with project goals.

Serve as a key liaison with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)
• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of project milestones
• Strong skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure adherence to predefined standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to optimize project supply chains and increase operational efficiency
• Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience managing large-scale Commercial, Corporate interior fitout and architecture/turnkey projects is a must
