Senior Project Manager

About this Role :

Were seeking a dynamic and technically strong professional to build deep product and workflow understanding across presales, sales, and handover stages, define and optimize end-to-end processes, draft high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) pilots to validate solutions and drive scalable implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Design teams to align product requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines across initiatives.
• Apply structured problem-solving to analyze and improve presales, sales, and handover processes, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
• Conduct impact assessments for product and process requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive, and high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Design, lead, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) pilots for new initiatives, incorporating stakeholder feedback and insights prior to large-scale rollout.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of new product features and process enhancements (e.g., SC App, Lighthouse, Field Force, One View), ensuring high adoption and effective change management across teams.
• Track and monitor program performance against defined KPIs and success metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and implementing timely corrective actions.

Requirements :

• 48 years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in product-led, sales, or revenue operations environments.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to improve efficiency and productivity across complex cross-functional workflows.
• Proven experience in process design, BRD drafting, pilot management, and KPI-driven program execution with multiple stakeholder
