Job Description
Responsibilities
:-
Program management: SP will partner with the Program manager to decide on deliverables and priorities.

Project Initiation: SP will put together a business case document that explains the need for the project, followed by a feasibility study to determine the viability of the project in terms of its cost and projected benefits and prevent costly roadblocks and delays in the project.

Project Schedule: SP will share the Project Schedule with all the stakeholders which includes timelines, project tasks, dependencies, and team members.

Developing a project plan: SP will share the project plan with all the stakeholders which will include work breakdown structure, timeline, activity, cost, and other details.

Project Execution: SP will manage and track the workflow of all the activities. SP will raise if any Change Orders are required if any cost change or delay in delivery happens. SP will provide proper communication during execution to all the stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: B.Tech/B. E, MBA/MCA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Deep Knowledge and experience in Program Management.
