Senior Project Manager BESS & Renewables
Surat | Prozeal Green Energy Limited
Role Summary:
Lead BESS, Solar, Wind & Hybrid projects from concept to commissioning. Handle strategy, tendering, design, execution, and client management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in BESS & Renewables.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders (FDRE/RTC/Standalone/C&I).
- Design technical & commercial solutions with LCOE/LCOS & ROI models.
- Lead BESS & RE system design, engineering, and grid integration.
- Manage vendors, OEMs, and suppliers.
- Oversee project execution, quality, and commissioning.
- Act as SPOC for clients and ensure customer satisfaction & payments.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in RE/Power with one 50+ MW project experience
- 6+ months hands-on BESS experience
- Strong technical, commercial & client-handling skills
