Role Summary:

Lead BESS, Solar, Wind & Hybrid projects from concept to commissioning. Handle strategy, tendering, design, execution, and client management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in BESS & Renewables.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders (FDRE/RTC/Standalone/C&I).
• Design technical & commercial solutions with LCOE/LCOS & ROI models.
• Lead BESS & RE system design, engineering, and grid integration.
• Manage vendors, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Oversee project execution, quality, and commissioning.
• Act as SPOC for clients and ensure customer satisfaction & payments.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years in RE/Power with one 50+ MW project experience
• 6+ months hands-on BESS experience
• Strong technical, commercial & client-handling skills
