We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager ServiceNow (SNOW) to lead large-scale telecom transformation programs and drive successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Gurgaon

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects
- Manage multiple workstreams (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TSOM, TSM)
- Coordinate with vendors, architects, and product teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, PI Planning)
- Manage risks, RAID logs, and governance reporting
- Ensure timely delivery with quality and compliance
Preferred
- PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications
- Experience in telecom transformation programs
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integrations
