The opportunity : Senior Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000D_ Manage the design process from conception to completion.
_x000D_ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design timelines and project vision alignment.
_x000D_ Lead cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

_x000D_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

_x000D_ 12-15 years of experience in design and engineering 
_x000D_ Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel buildings, pre-cast, electrical, mechanical, building interiors, landscapes, etc. 
_x000D_ Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing. 
_x000D_ Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent will be preferrable 
_x000D_ Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED or IGBC Green Building Certification. 
_x000D_ Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including NBC, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IS, etc. 

Experience

_x000D_ Oversee the design and engineering processes for the mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing. 
_x000D_ Coordinate with project stakeholders to define engineering requirements and ensure that designs meet operational needs and compliance standards. 
_x000D_ Collaborate with procurement to source materials and equipment that meet design specifications. 
_x000D_ Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers in developing detailed plans and specifications for the construction and commissioning of the project. 
_x000D_ Manage the integration of technology and systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and scalability. 
_x000D_ Ensure that engineering designs are energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable. 
_x000D_ Review and approve engineering deliverables, including drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. 
_x000D_ Oversee the resolution of engineering issues during construction and commissioning phases. 
_x000D_ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements.
