The opportunity : Senior Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000D_ Monitor the internal rate of return (IRR) on the project to assess profitability and investment performance. 
_x000D_ Analyze fund development and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
_x000D_ Conduct financial modeling to evaluate rental value assessments and profitability analyses. 
_x000D_ Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance and maximize returns on investment. 
_x000D_ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance for stakeholders, including investors and senior management. 
_x000D_ Collaborate with teams to ensure effective operational management and maintenance of assets. 
_x000D_ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitive positioning. 

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

12-15 years of experience in asset management for commercial real estate and industrial warehousing industry.  
_x000D_ Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Excel skills. 

_x000D_ Experience

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and service providers. 
_x000D_ Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management and investment strategies.
