Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong banking functional knowledge with technology delivery experience, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, banking clients, and engineering teams.

What You Will Drive

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking technology programs for lending platforms and solutions.
• Partner with banking stakeholders and business leaders to translate lending workflows and regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive implementation and enhancements across Retail, Agri, and MSME lending ecosystems.
• Own project governance, delivery milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and technology frameworks.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, and implementation.

What We Are Looking For

• 1218 years of experience in Banking / FinTech / Product or Technology delivery.
• Strong domain expertise in Lending (Retail / Agri / MSME).
• Proven track record managing large banking implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Java-based enterprise platforms and database technologies.
• Ability to engage with senior banking stakeholders and drive complex project decisions.

Must Have

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Digital Lending Platforms.
• Exposure to core banking integrations and regulatory banking systems.
• PMP / Agile certifications.
