Senior Project Manager

This role is not about coordination or status reporting.

This role exists because projects need leadership, not supervision.

You will own client relationships, lead multiple teams, control delivery , and make decisions. If a project fails, the responsibility sits with you and so does the authority to prevent it.

Key Responsibilities

Client Ownership

1. Act as primary owner for key client accounts
2. Lead high-stakes client conversations and escalations
3. Set expectations, control scope, and protect timelines
4. Convert business requirements into executable delivery plans

Team Leadership

1. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Team Leads, and cross-functional teams
2. Enforce accountability, discipline, and delivery standards
3. Resolve performance issues without escalation dependency
4. Build execution rhythm across multiple projects

Delivery & Execution Control

1. Own multiple ongoing, revenue-impacting projects
2. Define milestones, success metrics, and risk controls
3. Identify risks early and take corrective action fast
4. Ensure predictable, on-time, high-quality delivery

Process & Governance

1. Own delivery processes, documentation, and reporting
2. Drive continuous improvement in execution workflows
3. Ensure change requests, delays, and dependencies are formally controlled
4. Use Jira / ClickUp / Asana or equivalent tools effectively

What We Expect From a Senior PM

1. Proven ability to manage clients + teams simultaneously
2. Strong decision-making under pressure
3. Clear communication with the ability to say NO when required
4. Solid understanding of software / app / digital project delivery
5. Ownership mindset no blame shifting
