As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with various teams across Karya, including technology, design, operations, sales and finance, to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients and communities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements, tasks and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects
  • Hold regular meetings with technology, design, operations, sales and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
  • Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects
  • Generate regular reports to update leadership, internal stakeholders and clients on project timelines
  • Conduct retrospectives towards the end of the project and identify areas of improvement for future projects


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project management
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, design, ops, sales, finance)
  • Product testing, identifying gaps and partner with stakeholders to identify solutions.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
  • Experience in a product and startup environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
