Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Land Development)

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the on-site execution of a plotted development project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in civil infrastructure and the ability to manage all site-level operations from ground-breaking to handover.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Lead the end-to-end development of the site, ensuring all works align with approved township maps and luxury standards
• Infrastructure Management: Direct supervision of road construction, underground sewerage systems, drainage, water supply lines, electrification & other utilities
• Manage contractors, specialized vendors, and on-site labor to ensure timely delivery and quality control
• Coordinate with architects and local authorities for smooth execution of the project

Qualifications

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years in real estate, specifically in plotted development or township infrastructure
• Knowledge of leveling, total station work, and standard Indian codes for road and sewer work
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
