Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Learning Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects. This role owns planning, coordination, and execution across instructional design, SMEs, media, QA, and delivery teams, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths using Microsoft Project
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders
• Track progress, manage changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
• Coordinate across Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, and Delivery teams
• Facilitate project status meetings, document decisions, and manage follow-ups
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations

Resource & Risk Management

• Plan and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Manage workload distribution and resolve delivery bottlenecks

Quality & Client Experience

• Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations
• Support review cycles, feedback incorporation, and final sign-off processes
• Maintain strong, proactive client communication and relationship management

Reporting & Governance

• Provide regular project status reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track budgets, utilization, effort, and schedule performance against plan
• Support MIS, billing, and operational reporting inputs as required

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, efficiency, and scalability
• Leverage tools, templates, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows
• Contribute to project management standards and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning, training, eLearning, or content development environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 1015+ members
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong fundamentals in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in learning services, training delivery, or digital content development organizations
• Exposure to automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or advanced reporting tools
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
