Based in Shivdaspura, Jaipur, the company exports high-quality bespoke products to commercial projects in the United States and beyond.

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of custom furniture, cabinetry, and countertop manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, while maintaining seamless coordination across all internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple high-value manufacturing projects, from order confirmation through design approval, production, quality assurance, logistics, and final installation.
• Prepare complete project schedules, resource plans, cost estimates, and critical path analyses in coordination with design, engineering, procurement, and production teams.
• Act as the key client liaison, delivering clear and timely communication, managing scope changes, and proactively addressing concerns to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Manage material sourcing, production workflows, and fabrication processes for countertops, modular cabinets, and custom furniture to meet exact specifications and delivery commitments.
• Continuously track project milestones, monitor variances, anticipate risks, and execute mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost integrity.
• Control project finances, approve expenditures, negotiate with vendors, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Perform periodic site inspections during installation phases to verify compliance with design intent and resolve any on-site issues effectively.
• Review and approve technical documentation, shop drawings, material specifications, and production files to guarantee accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain meticulous project records, including status reports, variation orders, meeting minutes, and handover documentation.
• Partner with quality control and compliance teams to uphold industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to support sustained business development and repeat orders.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related line.
• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in project management within the furniture manufacturing, modular kitchen, cabinetry, or countertop industry.
• In-depth understanding of materials (quartz, solid wood, engineered wood, laminates, hardware), fabrication techniques, and installation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent), ERP systems, and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proven problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to undertake travel for client meetings and site supervision as required.
