Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in modern web and mobile technologies. You should understand React JS, React Native, Node.js, and cloud-based systems well enough to plan work, question estimates, and guide the team, even if you are not coding daily. This role is for someone who can own the delivery end-to-end and work closely with founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of web, mobile and AI-based projects
• Work closely with founders, Business Analysts and clients to understand requirements and define clear scope, milestones, and timelines
• Break down features into structured tasks and plans for web, mobile, backend, QA and DevOps teams
• Track progress daily, remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery with agreed quality
• Coordinate across teams working on React JS, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS
• Review estimates and technical approaches with the Engineering Manager or Tech Leads
• Manage risks, dependencies and change requests with clear communication and documentation
• Run sprint planning, review and retrospectives in a practical, outcome driven way
• Ensure that releases are planned, tested and communicated properly
• Maintain clear status reporting for management and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 12 years of total experience in software, with at least 3 to 5 years in Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
• Prior background as developer, tech lead or very hands on in a modern stack such as React JS, React Native, Node.js or similar
• Strong understanding of how web and mobile apps are built and deployed, including APIs, databases and basic cloud concepts
• Experience managing multiple projects or modules in parallel
• Good working knowledge of Agile practices, sprint based delivery and tools such as JIRA
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time with clear ownership and communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking to both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Structured, detail oriented and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI or LLM driven products or integrations
• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL environments
• Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms and CI or CD pipelines
• Experience managing distributed or cross functional teams
