Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and MS PowerPoint. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to oversee and deliver successful projects. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders keeping them informed of project progress and any potential issues.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Utilize MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.Conduct regular project meetings to review progress address issues and ensure alignment with project goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive project success.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Have 10 to 12 years of experience in project management.Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Office and MS PowerPoint.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Have experience in a hybrid work model.Be detail-oriented and highly organized.Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills.Have a track record of successful project delivery.Be proactive and self-motivated.Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications Required
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
