The candidate should have strong expereince in handling multistorey high end Residential and commercial projects (ground to 24+ storeys).

He/She should have excellent end to end project management from planning, monitoring, execution to completion.

Candidate should posses rich exposure to contracts management, tender and estimation management, resource management, budgeting and procurement of material.

Well conversed with Primavera P6 software

Qualifications

• B.E. and B.Tech - Civil Engineering
• 18 - 20 years of experience in Head - project management amd relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent experience in handling ground to 24+ multistorey projects
