Manage the project within budget Planprojectrequirementsandresources,includingthesourcingofsubcontractelements,etc. Reactpromptlyandeffectivelytochangingclientandproductneeds Anticipateanypotentialprojectrisks,identifyingandestablishingcorrectiveactions Produce deliverables on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary Definethecustomerspecificationintoeitheradepartmentalactionorsubcontractororder Accuratelycostanychangesinspecifications Effectivelyanalysecustomerandinternalchanges,includingfeasibilitystudy Produce clear, focused, and understandable explanations for change requests Trackcustomerchanges RaisetimelyandcorrectpurchaserequisitionsonStandardAnalyses:PurchasingInformationSystem(SAP) ParticipateinDesignFailureModeandEffectAnalysis(DFMEAs),Qualityhistoryreviews,robustness studies,etc ManageAdvancedProductQualityPlanning(APQP)andProductionPartApprovalProcess(PPAP) processes Tracktasksagainsttheprojecttimingplan Assist with design verification and sign-off reporting Applyspecifictechnicalskillsasrequiredtosupportthecustomerorcolleagues Proactivelyseekoutopportunitiesforneworrepeatbusiness Writeproposalsandreportswithallnecessarybackupmaterial DevelopinnovativesolutionstouniqueproblemsDevelopandmaintainexpertise Keepupwithcurrentanddevelopingengineeringtrends Undertakespecialprojectsasrequired Contributetocontinuousimprovementactivities Qualitycontrolofworkbyappropriatereviews Supportandleadprocessimprovementactivities Writereportsandpresentprogressatprojectmeetingsandtoclients Estimatebudgetsandmanpowerrequiredforprojects Achievegoalswithinbudget Conductbenchmarkingstudiestodeterminebestpractices/designsandfuturetrends Planprojectsorsubtaskssotheymaybetrackedandpresented ManagetheKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs) Producewrittenreportsandmakepresentations Undertakecontinuoustraininganddevelopment Performrootcauseanalysisandresolveproblems Independently determine the approach and assigned taskServices you might be interested in
