Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Architect based in Mumbai. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from inception to completion.

Core responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, managing project teams, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The role also involves overseeing construction processes and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, sustainable design practices, and construction documentation
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
• A team-oriented attitude with leadership skills to guide project teams effectively
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant work experience in architecture, with a focus on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Minimum years of experience - 03 years upwards
