Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Architect located in New Delhi. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception to completion, preparing detailed working designs, overseeing submittals, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The Senior Project Architect will also be responsible for integrating sustainable design principles and design innovation.

• Strong background in Architecture and Project Management skills
• Experience with Submittals and GFCs
• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure in Architecture is a plus
