Role: Senior Project Architect

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Timings: Monday - Saturday, 10:30 - 6:30

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect who will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from conceptualisation to construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.
• Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
