Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Architect - Execution, located in Delhi, Greater Kailash -1, India. The Senior Project Architect will oversee project execution to ensure compliance with design specifications, manage submittals, and facilitate coordination among various project stakeholders. The role involves supervising construction progress, implementing sustainable design principles, and leveraging advanced architectural tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Senior Project Architect will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, site supervisors and ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, including design and planning expertise
• Strong skills in Submittals and Project Management to oversee execution and documentation stages
• Familiarity with Builder Floor Segment is highly desirable
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design and execution processes
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification and/or licensure in Architecture is preferred
