This role will lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of campus hiring programs, recruitment vendor and Referral ecosystem, Talent related policy frameworks, data and operations processes for the India Centre. This role will act as a central orchestrator, aligning HR, business, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders to deliver a fit-for-purpose operating model within defined timelines ensuring scalable, compliant, and data-driven people practices.
Key objectives:
- Establish a scalable Talent Acquisition engine (campus + lateral) with defined processes, SLAs, and metrics.
- Managing Referral programs and governance model
- Implement a structured recruitment vendor strategy, including selection, onboarding, and performance management of partners.
- Set up Talent Acquisition and L&D data management and reporting frameworks.
- Design and roll out core policies, guidelines, and governance mechanisms tailored to India regulatory requirements and global standards.
Workstreams and roadmap:
- Campus engagement and programs
- Data management and operations
- Designing campus strategies identifying target institutes, intake numbers, and role profiles; define engagement calendar (talks, hackathons, internships, pre-placement offers).
- Build standardized campus hiring processes (assessment design, selection criteria, offer guidelines, onboarding playbooks) and associated dashboards for conversion and quality-of-hire metrics.
Recruitment and L&D vendor ecosystem:
- Define vendor categories (based on the requirement) with clear commercial and performance models.
- Run structured RFP / RFQ process, evaluate vendors on capability, compliance, and cost, and set up contracts, SLAs, and quarterly performance reviews with data-driven scorecards.
Policies, guidelines, and governance:
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Global HR to localize and draft policies related to talent management
- Establish governance forums (policy review cadence, exception handling matrix, approval workflows) and a central policy repository for employees and managers.
- Define the data model for the Innovation Centre (core employee data, recruiting data, campus metrics) and partner with IT to integrate ATS/HRIS with payroll and finance systems.
- Standardize operations processes (joinermoverleaver, letters, documentation, ticketing, query management) with SLAs and build dashboard on key operational metrics (TAT, accuracy, compliance).
