Senior Program Manager- FinTech

Role Overview

Azilens FinTech business is at a strong inflection point. With a solid foundation of enterprise customers, fintech team and meaningful revenue already in place, the next phase is about scale, differentiation, and productized impact.

You will own the end-to-end growth and evolution of the FinTech Business Unit - revenue, margins, team, customer outcomes, and innovation. This role is meant for a builder-leader who can combine business ownership, deep solution thinking and AI-led transformation.

You will play a critical role in transitioning the FinTech BU from a services-led execution model to a consulting-driven, productized solutions business, with Agentic AI and AI/ML at the core.

Who you are:

1. P&L Ownership & Business Growth

• Own full P&L for the FinTech Business Unit revenue, margins, costs, and growth investments.
• Expansion of existing enterprise customers
• New logo acquisition
• Higher-value, AI-led engagements
• Build a predictable, scalable business model with year-on-year growth.

2. Strategic FinTech & AI Vision

• Define and execute the FinTech BU strategy, with strong focus on:
• Agentic AI for BFSI and enterprise FinTech
• AI/ML solutions across Lending, Payments, Wealth, Insurance
• Large-scale digital and data-driven transformation programs
• Identify opportunities to productize services, creating repeatable offerings instead of bespoke delivery.

3. Client Leadership & GTM Execution

• Be deeply involved in key customer and prospect conversations, especially enterprise-level engagements.
• Partner with Sales and Presales to:
• Shape winning deal strategies
• Lead solutioning for complex, high-value pursuits
• Build compelling, outcome-driven proposals
• Travel globally to meet customers, prospects, and strategic partners.

4. Engineering & Delivery Leadership

• Work closely with engineering leaders to:
• Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions
• Adopt modern architectures and AI-native design patterns
• Champion Rapid Application Development (RAD) practices suitable for the new age of software development.
• Coach teams to balance speed with engineering excellence.

5. AI, Accelerators & Productization

• Drive creation of FinTech-focused accelerators and reusable assets, especially in AI/ML and Agentic AI.
• Incubate new product lines and solution frameworks emerging from delivery learnings.
• Encourage teams to think in terms of platforms, IP, and reusable components, not just projects.

6. Culture, Mindset & Talent

• Build a culture of:
• Product thinking over pure services
• Speed, experimentation, and ownership
• AI-first engineering and innovation
• Drive Design Thinking across teams shifting mindset from delivery to solution creation.
• Attract, retain, and grow a high-performing leadership and engineering team within the BU.
