Senior Program Manager Delivery

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and govern complex, cross-functional programs.

The role will drive strategic initiatives, ensure execution excellence, manage global stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes across technology, operations, and transformation programs.

This position requires strong leadership, structured program governance, risk management expertise, and global stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead multiple high-impact programs across engineering, product, operations, and shared services.
• Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish structured governance frameworks and steering committee cadence.
• Ensure alignment with global business objectives.

2. Cross-Functional Execution

• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, HR, Finance, Compliance, and IT.
• Drive execution discipline across distributed global teams.
• Track dependencies and remove execution roadblocks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

3. Stakeholder Management (Global)

• Act as primary liaison between Hyderabad GCC and global HQ stakeholders.
• Present program updates to executive leadership.
• Align regional execution with enterprise strategy.
• Manage client-facing programs (if applicable).

4. Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Identify program risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee data security and governance touchpoints where applicable.
• Maintain escalation protocols for critical risks.

5. Financial & Resource Management

• Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
• Track cost vs. value realization.
• Optimize vendor and partner engagement where required.

6. Metrics & Reporting

• Define KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Provide structured weekly/monthly executive reporting.
• Conduct quarterly program health reviews.
• Drive measurable outcomes and ROI tracking.

7. Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead operating model transformation initiatives.
• Support process optimization across functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 1215 years of experience in Program / Project Management.
• Minimum 5+ years in GCC / shared services / global delivery environment.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs.
