Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Program Advisor at College Vidya. The Senior Program Advisor will provide personalized support and counseling to students and working professionals, helping them identify and enroll in programs at suitable online universities. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations through calls and meetings, developing tailored education plans, staying updated on industry trends, and maintaining strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders.

Qualifications/Skillsets

• Minimum edtech experience of 2 years is needed
• Strong counseling and communication skills, with the ability to guide students and professionals effectively.
• Proficiency in research and analytical skills to evaluate and recommend appropriate education options.
• Experience in customer relationship management and interpersonal interactions to build and sustain trusted connections.
• Knowledge of online education platforms, university admissions processes, and current academic trends is an advantage.
• Problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple candidates and objectives efficiently.
• A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree is an advantage.
