AI Data & Digital (AD&D)

Level: Senior Professional (FP&A)

Location: Bangalore preferred, Gurgaon (2nd option)

Role Purpose

Working as part of the FP&A team, and closely with the AD&D team, this position will be responsible for being the day-to-day finance individual focused on supporting the AD&D business on all Corporate and business related FP&A matters including analysis of AD&D business results, assisting in financial planning including building budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, financial modelling, historic performance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis under the guidance of FP&A and AD&D leadership.

The role will require an individual with previous exposure to FP&A processes, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The position reports to the Associate Director FP&A and will collaborate closely with Director Finance AD&D on day-to-day matters, as well as other senior stakeholders across the AD&D business.

Functional Responsibilities

Assisting in MIS and Monthly management reporting for AD&D business unit,

Deliver accurate and timely rolling quarterly revenue forecasts for AD&D business. analyzing monthly variances and progression.

Carry out Ad Hoc analysis as required based on latest emerging performance trends/priorities as guided by Director Finance, AD&D or other senior stakeholders.

Work closely with Corporate FP&A team in monthly close activities and actively collaborating with other relevant stakeholders in finance teams.

Analyze performance of AD&D business financials and key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, sales and expenses.

Prepare various management reports and analyze variances and explain key movements and trends with a valuable commentary.

Facilitate Monthly Business review materials.

Responsible for monthly delivery headcount tracking and utilization metrics reporting with detailed analysis of monthly movements and emerging trends.

Work with business team to help solve the issues around utilization reporting and management.

Deep understanding of financial KPIs. Good working knowledge of financial models.

Work on timely and accurate development of yearly budget and quarterly forecasts for sales, revenue, and expenses along with investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major P&L
