Job Title: Product Owner – IaC & NaC Automation

🎯 Role Overview

Lead the strategy and execution of automation solutions for hybrid cloud and on-prem network infrastructure. As the bridge between business goals and technical delivery, you’ll define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive secure, scalable, and innovative automation capabilities across the enterprise.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision: Craft and communicate a clear roadmap for infrastructure and network automation aligned with business and tech strategy.
• Backlog Ownership: Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; maintain a prioritized, groomed backlog.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with DevOps, network engineers, cloud architects, and security teams to align on deliverables.
• Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Compliance: Champion automation best practices, participate in code reviews, and support audits and risk assessments.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and use data to guide product evolution.

🧠 Core Skills & Qualifications

• Strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Network Automation principles.
• Experience with Agile product delivery in DevOps or infrastructure domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Working knowledge of cloud-native networking, firewalls, and SDN.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🚀 Preferred Skills

• Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Terra grunt.
• Understanding of network provisioning, SDN platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Background in scripting or software development (e.g. Python, Golang).
• Exposure to enterprise-scale hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Lean/Agile product development.
