Role Description

North Hires is seeking a full-time Senior Product Owner to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based in Bengaluru, this role allows flexible work arrangements with a combination of in-office presence and remote work. The Senior Product Owner will oversee product development cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of innovative software solutions. The role involves analyzing business needs, aligning product strategy with organizational goals, and driving the success of assigned products.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience of overall experience
• Strong Product Management and Business Analysis experience to handle end-to-end product lifecycle and align objectives with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Communication to assess data effectively and articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid knowledge of Software Development practices and processes to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; problem-solving mindset and a high level of organizational skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology).
