As the Product Marketing Manager, you will create and execute go-to-market strategies for our cutting-edge products. Partnering with product, design, content, and sales teams, you will define customer segments, craft clear value propositions, and develop marketing campaigns that amplify our products' unique strengths. Your ultimate goal will be to drive demand, adoption, and customer satisfaction while ensuring our offerings stand out in a competitive market.
How You Will Innovate
Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth.
- Leverage market research and user feedback to refine product positioning and ensure relevance.
- Lead go-to-market activities for new product and feature launches, ensuring maximum impact.
- Act as the customer voice internally, gathering insights to enhance product and marketing alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative marketing strategies to maintain product competitiveness.
Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly across product touchpoints.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and partners to boost product visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
What Youll Do
- Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct ICP research and market analysis to inform the product roadmap and GTM strategy in regions such as India, the US, and the EU.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop product launch plans, define target markets, and align strategies with sales and product teams.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product messaging tailored to different customer segments, ensuring consistency across marketing channels.
- Demand Generation: Plan and execute campaigns to increase product awareness and attract customers, collaborating with the growth team for data-driven optimization.
- Onboarding & Activation: Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and boost product activation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to monetization, conversion rates, and campaign success metrics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful product/feature launches.
- Strong background in copywriting or content marketing is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling product messaging.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in startups or cybersecurity is an advantage.
