Role: Project Manager

Experience Range: 12-15 years

Technologies (Any of these): Windchill (preferred) or other PLM

Must-have skills:

Expertise in PLM software and tools.

Strong project planning and execution skills.

Knowledge of product development processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks effectively.

Good-to-have skills:

Knowledge of PLM systems (preferably Windchill).

Experience in Project Management with a technical background.

Familiarity with data exchange platforms.

Understanding of software development processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams (support, maintenance, architecture, development).

Create detailed and high-level release plans.

Manage project deliverable releases, ensuring alignment with the release lifecycle.

Ensure releases meet requirements and stay within budget.

Develop implementation and deployment plans based on release schedules.

Coordinate GoLive resources and define roles (experts, developers, infrastructure).

Oversee deployments across environments.

Lead GoLive activities for successful software deployment.

Ensure stakeholder availability during GoLive weekends Identify and mitigate release risks to maintain scope and quality.

Facilitate communication on tasks, timelines, and updates across teams.

Provide weekly release activity updates.

Maintain documentation on release procedures, notifications, and dependencies
