Senior Product Manager - Stablecoin Payments and AI-Native Product

We're building global payment infrastructure on stablecoin rails. We need a PM who owns outcomes, ships PoCs with AI tools in 48 hours, and treats funnel data like a native language. If that's you, read on.

What you'll own

• Activation rate, TTFT, onboarding drop-off
• Full-funnel tracking setup & iteration
• Product teardowns with PRDs, roadmap actions
• POCs built with AI and fully demonstrated before the dev cycle starts
• DeFi research and incorporating features in the product

You are

• A daily AI-tool user - Cursor, Claude, v0, or equivalent. Not for novelty. For speed.
• Someone who has shipped a working PoC to validate a hypothesis without a full dev cycle
• Fluent in funnel analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog), you find the drop-off before anyone asks
• Opinionated on UX - you spot unnecessary steps and kill them
• Fintech or Web3 PM experience, ideally both
• Outcome-driven. Story points are not your identity.

Must-haves

• 3-5 yrs PM at a high growth startup
• Proven metric moved - not just features shipped
• POC or prototype built with AI (show us)
• PRD writing with UX flows + edge cases
• Payments, fintech, or Web3 product experience

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on DeFi experience (bridging, liquidity, yield)
• Stablecoin or cross-border payments background
• KYC/KYB product experience
• Can read an API doc without flinching
