Senior Product Manager - SaaS

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building scalable, high-impact products for global customers. They are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager who can drive product strategy, own execution end-to-end, and build products that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires strong product thinking, deep customer empathy, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for key product lines/modules
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and execution plans
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
• Drive product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and market insights
• Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
• Prioritize features using data, impact, and customer value frameworks
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Ensure high product quality, usability, and scalability

What Were Looking For

• 410 years of experience, with 3+ years in a B2B SaaS product role
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR)
• Experience building and scaling enterprise or mid-market SaaS products
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams
