Product Manager Overview:

This role focuses on building scalable B2C solutions that empower publishers and drive exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Consumer Insight
Deeply understand consumer behavior and the digital advertising landscape through research, user interviews, and data analysis.
Identify unmet consumer needs and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
2. Product Vision & Strategy
Define a compelling product vision for monetization solutions with a focus on enhancing the B2C user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and drive execution.
3. Product Lifecycle Ownership
Own end-to-end product development: ideation, prototyping, validation, scaling, and iteration based on user feedback.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs while ensuring timely delivery of key features.
4. Go-to-Market Execution
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize adoption and business outcomes.
Craft compelling narratives to communicate product benefits to both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Metrics & Optimization
Define success metrics and KPIs for your products and consistently monitor performance.
Use data-driven insights to optimize features and improve the overall user journey.
6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with engineering, design, business, and analytics teams to drive product development and resolve challenges.
Engage with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
7. Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Drive best practices in product management and champion a user-centric culture.
Who You Are
Experience:
34 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building successful B2C products in e-commerce, AdTech, or similar domains.
Proven ability to lead product teams and manage complex product portfolios in fast-paced environments.
Pre-MBA 2-3 years experience + Post-MBA 1 year of experience
Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with consumer-facing product development, A/B testing, and crafting user-first experiences.
Understanding of digital advertising or retail media platforms is a plus.
Education:
MBA/PG from a top-tier institute, with a preference for candidates with a technical background.
