Senior Product Manager Merchandising Intelligence
As the SPM for our Merchandising Console, you will own the end-to-end systems that empower retailers to orchestrate the "perfect" shopping experience. You aren't just building a dashboard; you are building a mission-control center where global retailers fine-tune ranking, recall, and relevance across Search and Browse at scale.
The Mission: What Youll Do
- The Merchandisers Cockpit: Transform high-leverage, complex workflows into effortless, intuitive tools. You will design rule-builders and configuration engines that feel seamless, even when managing thousands of variables.
- Visualize the Invisible: Bring absolute transparency to "cause and effect." You will build features that showin real-timehow a single ranking change impacts item positions, page metrics, and revenue outcomes.
- Mastering Conflict & Resolution: Build the logic that helps merchants visualize and resolve ranking conflicts before they ever hit the live site.
- Automate the Tedious: Eradicate the manual "grunt work" of retail promotions. Youll create systems that automate seasonal pushes and stock-clearance moves, allowing merchandising teams to move at the breakneck speed of global retail.
- Bridge AI & Human Strategy: Unlock rapid experimentation by integrating AI-assisted suggestions and deep personalization into the merchants workflow. You'll give them the tools to test, iterate, and win.
- Systemic Ownership: Youll be the custodian of the entire merchandising lifecyclefrom the moment a merchant sets a strategy to the second it influences a shopper's journey.

- The Systems Thinker: You love complexity but hate clutter. You can take a messy, multi-layered business problem and distill it into a clean, scalable product architecture.
- UX Obsessive: You believe that B2B tools should be as beautiful and frictionless as the best consumer apps. You have a "pixel-perfect" mindset when it comes to user workflows.
- Data Storyteller: You understand that "transparency" is a feature. You know how to surface the right data at the right time to help users make high-stakes decisions with confidence.
- Retail-Minded: You have a deep empathy for the "Retailers Grind." You understand the pressure of seasonal peaks, inventory cycles, and the need for speed.
- High-Agency Leader: You dont wait for a roadmap. You identify friction, build a case for the solution, and lead cross-functional teams to ship it.
Your Track Record
- Experience: 45+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, specifically working on complex platform UIs, workflow automation, or enterprise-scale dashboards.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in E-commerce enablement, MarTech, or Search/Discovery platforms is highly preferred.
- The "How": Proven success in taking a product from "complex and clunky" to "intuitive and indispensable."
- Stakeholder Mastery: Demonstrated ability to work with high-touch enterprise customers to understand their pain points and translate them into platform-wide capabilities.
- Tech-Fluency: Deep comfort collaborating with frontend and backend engineers to understand the constraints and possibilities of real-time data visualization.
