As we expand the impact of Copilot to mobile, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, design, and execution of Microsoft 365 Copilot’s mobile app experience—building a truly AI-first assistant that fits seamlessly into the workflows of our users on the go. Qualifications

Required

6+ years in product management, with experience in native mobile apps.

Experience in fundamentals on web or native apps.

Strong analytical skills and experience running evaluations and experiments.

Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred  

Experience with AI-powered applications with focus on mobile apps.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs.

Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation.
Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.

Responsibilities

Define and drive chat fundamentals for the mobile app, focusing on First Time Resolution (FTR), satisfaction rate, and time to load.

Establish and monitor key metrics: FTR, satisfaction rate, load time, and responsiveness.

Design and run evaluations (A/B tests, live experiments) to continuously improve chat quality and performance.

Partner with engineering and design to deliver a robust, scalable, and secure mobile chat experience.

Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.
